Environmental Mold & Mycotoxin Test
Environmental Mold and Mycotoxin Test: Find Out If Your Building Is Making You Sick
Your body’s symptoms often have a source that’s easy to miss: the building you spend your days in. Unexplained fatigue, brain fog, and respiratory issues can all trace back to mold and the mycotoxins it produces in your home or workplace, long before anyone thinks to test the environment itself. The NutraNourish Environmental Mold and Mycotoxin Test tests your building, not your body, to find out whether mold is part of the problem and what’s driving it.
At NutraNourish, this test combines two dust-based panels in a single kit. The Environmental Mycotoxin Panel identifies which mycotoxins are present in your space, while the Fungal Count Dx identifies which mold species are producing them and how much is there. Together, they give you and your practitioner (or remediation specialist) a clear picture of the scope of the problem, not just a symptom to chase.
Find out what’s really in the air you’re breathing.

The Test
What is the Environmental Mold and Mycotoxin Test?
This is a two-in-one dust test that assesses your environment rather than your body. It pairs mycotoxin detection with mold species identification so you’re not left guessing which toxin is present without knowing its source, or which mold is growing without knowing what it’s producing.
The test measures:
- 16 mycotoxins — including 9 Macrocyclic Trichothecenes produced by Stachybotrys (“black mold”)
- Mold species known to produce mycotoxins — identified and quantified using MSQPCR DNA analysis, including Penicillium brevicompactum and Penicillium chrysogenum
- Fungal elements/ml — results are reported in this unit for precise, comparable readings across retests and different areas of a building
Right For You?
Who Should Take This Test?
This test is for you if you suspect mold could be behind symptoms that haven’t had a clear explanation, or if you already have reason to be concerned about your building.
- You or others in the home are experiencing unexplained brain fog, fatigue, or respiratory issues
- Symptoms seem to ease when you’re away from the building and return once you’re back
- Standard medical testing hasn’t turned up a clear cause
- Your home or workplace has had water damage, flooding, or a history of leaks
- You notice a musty or damp smell, even without visible mold
- You live or work in an older building, or one with a known moisture problem
- A practitioner has suggested mold exposure as a possible factor in your health
- You’ve already tested positive for mycotoxins on a urine test and want to identify the source
- You’re mid-remediation and want to confirm whether the environment is now clear
If you’re nodding your head “YES” to any of these, this is for YOU.
Stop guessing about what’s in your building. Get the data, find the source, and know what you’re dealing with.

How Is the Sample Collected?

Full step-by-step instructions are included with your kit, and the NutraNourish team is on hand to support you every step of the way.
