Flax seed crackers
INGREDIENTS:
25g of flax seeds
50g of ground flax seeds
40g of chia seeds
1 cup of filtered water
1/2 tsp of garlic paste
1 tsp of onion paste
1 tbsp of tamari/ soy sauce
1 pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 100C
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it thicken for 15 minutes.
Spread the mixture onto a baking paper lined roasting tray. Bake for 1 hour and a half until crisp . Turn off the heat and let them cool inside the oven.
When cool, cut up the crackers into even rectangles, serve with a guacamole dip and enjoy!
