Flax seed crackers


  • 25g of flax seeds

  • 50g of ground flax seeds

  • 40g of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of filtered water

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic paste

  • 1 tsp of onion paste

  • 1 tbsp of tamari/ soy sauce

  • 1 pinch of sea salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 100C

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it thicken for 15 minutes.

  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking paper lined roasting tray. Bake for 1 hour and a half until crisp . Turn off the heat and let them cool inside the oven.

  4. When cool, cut up the crackers into even rectangles, serve with a guacamole dip and enjoy!
