FOOD ALLERGY TEST

At-Home Food Allergy Test Kit for Accurate IgE Allergy Testing in India

If you’ve been chasing recurring bloating, skin flare-ups, brain fog, or unexplained fatigue and standard allergy tests came back clean the culprit may not be an allergy at all, but a delayed food sensitivity quietly driving inflammation in your system. Unlike a true food allergy, food sensitivities can surface hours or even days after eating, making the offending foods nearly impossible to pin down without testing.

The FIT Test is the most sensitive food test available, using patented multiple-pathway technology. It measures the whole immune system response looking not only at food sensitivities but also at inflammation and gut permeability all from a single sample. We also provide best-in-class compliance tools, including a personalised meal plan and a patient app. Measuring these multiple pathways enables us to eliminate the false positive results commonly associated with IgG-only food sensitivity testing.

Find out which foods are quietly making you sick.

A patented multi-pathway food sensitivity test measuring IgG, immune complexes, complement activation, and gut barrier markers interpreted by Dr. Menka Gupta* and turned into a personalised elimination and meal plan.

What is a Food Allergy Test?

UNDERSTANDING THE ROOT CAUSE OF YOUR SYMPTOMS

Food allergies impact roughly 5% of kids younger than 12. A food allergen test evaluates total gut health by identifying foods that trigger a reaction in your body. Using advanced allergen testing, you can identify hidden allergens that may be causing subtle harm. After eliminating these foods from your diet, your digestive system improves, and your gut begins to heal.

This patented technology simultaneously evaluates multiple IgG pathways (IgG1–IgG4), immune complex formation, and complement system activation (C3/C3d pathways). Assessing how immune complexes initiate complement responses enhances diagnostic precision and minimizes false-positive outcomes often seen in individual IgG tests. This comprehensive method provides a better understanding of what is genuinely causing inflammation and symptoms in the body.

Along with immune reactivity, the assessment evaluates intestinal permeability and gut-immune interactions by analyzing indicators such as zonulin, occludin, Candida, lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and IgA antibodies. This helps assess whether a weakened gut barrier (“leaky gut”) is driving unusual inflammation and food intolerances.

Who Should Take the Food Allergy Test

If any of the following sound familiar, this test is for you:

  • ✓Bloating, abdominal pain, or unpredictable bowel movements after meals?
  • ✓Stubborn skin issues, eczema, psoriasis, acne, rashes with no clear trigger?
  • ✓Frequent headaches or migraines?
  • ✓Chronic fatigue and brain fog?

  • ✓Runny nose, post-nasal drip, or sinus congestion that won’t settle?

  • ✓Joint and muscle pain without a clear cause?

  • ✓Mood symptoms, anxiety, low mood, irritability that flare after certain meals?

  • ✓An autoimmune assessment (Hashimoto’s, eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.)?

  • ✓Difficulty losing weight despite a clean diet?
  • ✓Symptoms that surface hours or days after eating, making it impossible to identify the culprit yourself?
  •

If you’re nodding your head “YES” to any of these, this is for YOU.

Stop trial-and-error elimination diets that take months and rarely deliver clear answers. Stop blaming your symptoms on stress when food may be the trigger. Get the data, get a plan, and start eating in a way that actually works for your body.

Your Complete Report

What Will The Food Sensitivity Test Tell Me?

The FIT test gives you a complete map of how your immune system is responding to specific foods and how well your gut barrier is holding up. Rather than measuring just one antibody type (the common limitation of basic IgG tests), the FIT panel evaluates multiple immune pathways together, which is what makes the results actionable.

✓
Specific food sensitivities Sensitivities to 22, 132, or 176 foods and additives (depending on the panel chosen), each scored by reactivity level.
✓
Immune complex activity The IgG-food antigen complexes that actively drive inflammation in tissues.
✓
Complement activation (C3d) A measure of how strongly your immune system is being engaged
✓
Gut barrier integrity markers IgG 1-4 / C3d and IgA 1-2 for key gatekeeper markers, distinguishing simple sensitivity from inflammation to leaky gut.
✓
Sensitivity scoring tiers High/moderate/low reactivity rankings to guide elimination priorities.
✓
Cross-reactivity guidance Which foods to also be cautious of based on your reactive panel.

What Our Customers Say

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Food sensitivity tests (KBMO / FIT) analyse multiple immune pathways from a finger-prick sample to give you a clear picture of which foods you may be sensitive to. The test is done through a simple finger prick, and the sample is sent to a lab for analysis. The panel can be tailored to your diet including common local foods in Singapore. After identifying your sensitivities, you can plan a targeted elimination diet to relieve your symptoms.

Food sensitivity tests identify “delayed” immune reactions through IgG antibody, C3 pathway, and immune complex measurement. Symptoms associated with food sensitivities surface with some time delay for example, bloating that appears hours after consuming the food. Allergy tests, in contrast, identify “immediate” allergic responses that can be life-threatening. Examples of immediate allergic reactions include hives and anaphylaxis.

FIT panels test 22, 132, or 176 foods and additives, including everyday staples like rice and common spices.

If left untreated, the gradual onset of symptoms over time may resemble IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Depending on how long digestion has been compromised, these symptoms could also cause systemic problems including fatigue, joint pain, and headaches ultimately leading to loss of energy and general wellness.

The FIT’s multi-pathway approach (IgG, immune complexes, complement activation, and gut barrier markers) is what minimises false positives, the main weakness of simpler IgG-only food sensitivity tests.

Results are typically available in approximately 3–4 weeks, delivered as a comprehensive report with sensitivity scores and a personalised meal plan.

Almost always something else. True ghee allergy is extremely rare because ghee is nearly pure fat with negligible milk protein. People who react to ghee usually have either lactose intolerance (which a lactose breath test diagnoses), A1 beta-casein sensitivity (specific to certain cow milks), or a delayed IgG sensitivity (which the FIT test diagnoses). True milk allergy is also less common in adults than people assume, most adult “milk allergies” in India are actually lactose intolerance or IgG sensitivity. Getting the right test means you stop avoiding foods unnecessarily and treat the actual problem.

The FIT test covers all those foods but measures delayed sensitivity reactions (IgG, immune complexes, complement activation), not immediate allergic reactions (IgE). True food allergies like peanut anaphylaxis, severe shellfish reactions, or anaphylactic milk allergy are immediate, sometimes life-threatening, and require separate IgE-specific allergy testing. The FIT test is the right choice if your reactions are delayed (bloating, fatigue, skin flare-ups, headaches appearing hours or days after eating) which is the more common pattern in Indian adults with chronic, unexplained symptoms. If you have ever had hives, throat swelling, or breathing difficulty after a food, you need IgE allergy testing first, not the FIT.
