FIT Test
Expedite health outcomes with the most precise food sensitivity test
Reduce inflammation and Improve Gut Health
Lab Registered
The FIT Test is the most sensitive food test available using patented technology. The multiple pathway approach allows us to measure the whole immune system and looks at not only food sensitivities but also inflammation and gut permeability all from one test. We also provide best in class compliance tools including a personalized meal plan and a patient app to support. Measuring these multiple pathways enables us to eliminate false positive results commonly associated with IgG only food sensitivity testing.
Food sensitivities can cause a multitude of systemic symptoms. When adverse food reactions are suspected the FIT test can be very beneficial in identifying specific food triggers.

The FIT 176 test evaluates sensitivities to 176 foods and additives by measuring IgG and immune complexes. It now includes the Gut Barrier Panel. It is analyzed through a blood spot sample.
The FIT 132 test evaluates sensitivities to 132 foods and additives by measuring IgG and immune complexes. It now includes the Gut Barrier Panel. This is the blood spot version of the test.
The FIT 22 test evaluates sensitivities to 22 common foods by measuring IgG and immune complexes. It is analyzed through a blood spot sample.
The Gut Barrier Panel helps practitioners differentiate the levels of gut dysfunction, from simple sensitivity to inflammation to more extreme levels of leaky gut. It measures IgG 1-4 /C3d and IgA 1-2 for three important gatekeeper markers. It is included in the FIT 176 and FIT 132 tests.

Food sensitivity panels are helpful tools in identifying hidden food sensitivities and leaky gut contributing to adverse reactions and unwanted symptoms. Shared symptoms of food sensitivities and leaky gut syndrome include fatigue, changes in bowel movements, abdominal pain, skin rashes, and headaches. KBMO offers three FIT panels, leaky gut screening, and zonulin antibody measurement to accurately identify food sensitivities, intestinal permeability, and associated inflammation. Treatment plans can yield better patient results using FIT panels to guide elimination diets and gut-healing protocols.
